1. Only seek a treatment from a professional

Botox treatment is a skill that requires training. Always make sure that you are working with a doctor, nurse, or a trained professional injector to prevent treatment mishaps like the "frozen look" or unbalanced results.

2. Communicate

Your consultation is the perfect time to develop a communicative report with your doctor or injector. You should reveal any medication or supplements you take because some can interfere with treatment. Discuss your aesthetic goals and what you hope to achieve from the treatment. 3. Follow instructions precisely

5. Stay hydrated

6. Shield skin from the sun

It's no secret that spending time in the sun magnifies fine lines and wrinkles. Limit your sun exposure to get more out of the whole treatment. Sunglasses, wide brimmed hats, and other protective accessories can keep you guarded one outside. Wear a sunscreen every day and applied at least 15 minutes before going out

7. Eat well

8. Stand up tall

Don't lie down, recline, or do excessive bending for 4 to 6 hours after your Botox session because it takes time to settle into place. Although there aren't any long-term consequences for lying down too soon, we recommend that you remain erect to allow the Botox to work his magic. 

9. Get regular touchups
